Cops: 'Oil of Olay bandit' turns himself in

An alleged thief dubbed the "Oil of Olay bandit" turned himself in to police in Coppell, Texas, on Wednesday, NBCDFW.com reported. Police said investigators believe Efrain Hardman, 27, had stolen tens of thousands of dollars worth of skincare products.
