Derek Anderson has been on Medicare since he got leukemia and lost his job and health insurance. His wife, Erica, is without any coverage and hopes she won't get sick. They could be eligible for Medicaid in 2014 if the states expand it as called for under the health reform law, but now their future is unclear after the Supreme Court said states can opt out.
